IRON GANG FITNESS × BOOK OF THE DEAD — Training Tee
This shirt has seen things.
We took an ancient, blood-inked grimoire, ripped a flaming hand and an iron dumbbell straight through the cover, and slapped our name on it. No smiling salads. No "rise and grind" nonsense. Just a Deadite hand doing progressive overload.
Front: a scorched Necronomicon bursts open as a flaming demonic hand crushes a rusted iron dumbbell, framed by the forged IRON GANG FITNESS wordmark. Back: "SURVIVE THE BURN" in melting, ember-lit iron letters — because your last set of squats and a haunted family reunion feel about the same.
Why this shirt, specifically
-
The Necronomicon promised eternal power. We're offering a decent hip hinge. Slightly more realistic.
-
It's a graphic tee for people who'd rather train through hell than get "assessed" by someone with a ring light and a hunch.
-
No pastels. No stock photos of people fake-laughing at kale. Just ash, iron, and fire.
The fit
Built on the Bella+Canvas 3939 boxy tee — a relaxed, cropped-length, dropped-shoulder cut with a wide, boxy body. Heavyweight 100% combed and ring-spun cotton (or cotton/poly blend depending on color), so it holds the print without pilling into a haunted rag by October 31st.
-
Oversized, streetwear-style boxy fit — order true to size for a straight boxy look, size down for something less tent-shaped
-
Dropped shoulders, wide ribbed collar, side seams for structure
-
Garment-dyed, soft handfeel — no scratchy screamer energy against the skin
-
High-density print, holds up through the wash better than most New Year's resolutions
Care
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly over the graphic unless you're trying to actually re-enact the burn.
You don't need a costume this Halloween. You need a shirt that admits training hurts, the industry is mostly nonsense, and some things are worth surviving anyway. This is that shirt.
IRON GANG FITNESS — Built for humans, not algorithms. Or demons, apparently.
