IRON GANG FITNESS × BOOK OF THE DEAD Training Cut Off
This shirt has seen things. Also, it's missing most of its sleeves and sides.
We took an ancient, blood-inked grimoire, ripped a flaming hand and an iron dumbbell straight through the cover, and slapped our name on it. No smiling salads. No "rise and grind" nonsense. Just a Deadite hand doing progressive overload, now aired out for maximum ventilation.
Front: a scorched Necronomicon bursts open as a flaming demonic hand crushes a rusted iron dumbbell, framed by the forged IRON GANG FITNESS wordmark. Back: "SURVIVE THE BURN" in melting, ember-lit iron letters — because your last set of squats and a haunted family reunion feel about the same, and both leave you drenched in sweat.
Why this shirt, specifically
-
The Necronomicon promised eternal power. We're offering deep armhole ventilation and a lat pump nobody can hide from. Slightly more useful on leg day.
-
It's a cut-off tank for people who'd rather train through hell than get "assessed" by someone with a ring light and a hunch.
-
No pastels. No stock photos of people fake-laughing at kale. Just ash, iron, fire, and everything your gym mirror wants to see.
The fit
Built on the AS Colour cut-off tank — a raw-edge, dropped armhole cut in lightweight, durable cotton. This is a gym tank, not a fashion accessory that flinches at chalk dust.
-
Deep, dropped armholes and raw-cut edges for a stripped-down, no-BS silhouette
-
Lightweight, breathable cotton that won't cling halfway through a superset
-
Relaxed body through the torso, built to move without riding up
-
High-density print, holds up through sweat and washing better than most Halloween decorations
Care
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Skip ironing directly over the graphic — one burn theme per shirt is enough.
You don't need a costume this Halloween. You need a tank that admits training hurts, the industry is mostly nonsense, and some things are worth surviving anyway. This is that tank — now with fewer sleeves to get in the way of the pump.
IRON GANG FITNESS — Built for humans, not algorithms. Or demons, apparently.
